Several modules from the mandatory Laubach Supervising Trainer Workshop have been updated and altered for on-line delivery. This course will help enable Laubach Apprentice Supervising Trainers to adapt to the new focus of Laubach’s Enhanced Training System, which emphasizes trainer proficiencies rather than workshop content knowledge. Opportunities for interaction with other Apprentice Supervising Trainers across the province will include at least one live on-line communication as well as weekly assignments that can be done on your own time. The rest of the workshop modules will need to take place face-to-face. This combined delivery of on-line modules and face-to-face training is designed to make it easier for Apprentice Supervisors to complete the mandatory workshop.
